Where Artistry Begins
These terms cover buying materials and booking courses from Zavoré. They sit alongside our refund policy, our delivery terms and our privacy policy.

Prices on the website include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout for UK addresses; international delivery is quoted by email before you order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If something is priced wrongly by obvious error we will tell you before we take the order forward, and you may cancel.
Almost everything we sell is machine tinted to the colour you choose, after you order. Your tub does not exist until then, which is why a tinted order cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once it has been mixed, and why we recommend sample boards first. Damaged or faulty goods are a different matter and are covered in the refund policy. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Lime plaster is a natural material laid by hand. Screens, lighting and the wall itself change how a colour reads, and separate batches can vary slightly. Order everything for one job at the same time, and use sample boards to judge colour in the room it is for.
Booking online takes the full fee and reserves your bench. You can instead pay half as a deposit by phone, with the balance due on the first morning. The deposit is not refundable, because the bench is held for you and turned away from everyone else. With 14 days notice your booking moves to another date, or to another person, and every pound you have paid moves with it.
Installation is quoted after a survey. The quote states what is included, and any change to the scope is agreed with you before it is carried out.
We stand behind the materials we sell and the work we do. We are not responsible for losses caused by failing to follow the preparation and application guidance we publish, by applying a finish to an unsuitable or damp background, or by using our materials outdoors where we have said they do not belong. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
