Where Artistry Begins
We deliver nationally and internationally. Everything below is what actually happens to your order once you have paid for it.
Delivery is charged on every order that ships. For addresses in the United Kingdom the cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order. There is no surcharge added afterwards. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Plaster is heavy. A single 24kg tub costs more to move than a booklet and a trowel together, so ordering everything for a job in one go is almost always cheaper than ordering it in pieces. It also means the whole job comes off one mix.
International delivery is priced by quote, not at checkout. Email support@zavore.co.uk with what you would like to order and the full delivery address, and we will send you a price for tracked delivery before you pay anything. Every international order is sent on a tracked service.
Import duty, tax and customs charges are set by your own country, not by us. They are not included in anything you pay us and they are payable by you when the goods arrive. We cannot tell you in advance what your country will charge, and we cannot mark an order as a gift or declare it below its value.
Order by 12pm and your materials ship within 24 hours wherever we can. What we do not do is promise a fixed dispatch date on the website, because almost everything we sell is tinted for your order and does not exist until you place it. A colour has to be mixed, checked and allowed to settle before it goes anywhere.

Once your order is dispatched, your confirmation email carries a live tracking code.
Free, by arrangement. Choose it at checkout and we will tell you when your order is ready to pick up. The showroom is open by appointment.
Within Birmingham and about an hour around us, you can choose Zavoré personal delivery at £50 flat, however much you order. Our own driver, our own van, and your tubs are not going near a courier's conveyor belt.
If you need materials today, we run an emergency same-day delivery with our own driver: £150 anywhere between Manchester and London, and further for an additional charge. When it is urgent we will tint and batch outside business hours and deliver the same evening. The last drop of the day is 7pm and we do not run after that.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so please look over your order when it lands rather than putting it straight in the van.
If something has been damaged in transit, we replace it. Send a photograph to support@zavore.co.uk and in most cases that is the whole process. We cover the postage both ways. You have 30 days from delivery to tell us. The full position is in our refund policy.
We send orders to the address you give us at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us immediately on 07592 929191. Before dispatch we can change it for nothing. After dispatch, a redirect or a re-send is chargeable, because the order has already been paid for and moved.
